Purpose: From the relevant organs, organs coherent perspective, explore the treatmentof COPD and TCM liver correlation observed lung soup warm tone treatment of liver class IIIchronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilization period (liver chill, reverse air blast lung)clinical efficacy, in conjunction with Western medicine clinical treatment for comparison,verification warm tone liver lung soup clinical effectiveness.Method:60cases of stage III patients with stable COPD Affiliated Hospital ofChangchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine2011-2013inpatient and outpatient,using a random number table method, the treatment of all subjects by sequentially numbered,divided into the treatment group and the control group (30cases). Treated lung soup withwarm tone liver treatment and control group with salbutamol aerosol, theophylline treatment,the two sets of symptoms and CAT score were compared, to prove the feasibility of thesubject.Result: Flat heparin lung soup group total effective rate was96.7%, western medicinegroup total effective rate was73.3%, comparing the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05). And relative to the western medicine group, flat heparin in patients with lung soup forshortness of breath, palpitations, modern irritable, more obvious the improvement insymptoms of night sweats.Conclusion: Liver and lung soup warm tone group was93.3%, western medicine controlgroup was60.0%, a significant difference (P <0.05), described the treatment group than in thecontrol group was statistically compare the efficacy of two groups.
