Objective: To analyze the causes of chronic pulmonary heart arrhythmiaand study its methods of treatment to provide chronic pulmonary heartarrhythmia prevention and clinical treatment a strong reference. Methods: Select January2012~December2014in our hospital156patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease as the research object, dependingon patients whether arrhythmia were divided into arrhythmia groups and noarrhythmia group. Analyze causes of arrhythmia, and give the treatment ofpatients with arrhythmia, evaluate its clinical efficacy.Result:(1) In this study,156patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease,115patients with arrhythmia symptoms, the occurrence rate of73.72%,159cases ofarrhythmia, multiple arrhythmia exist in one pantients. Which sinus tachycardia, atrial premature beats, atrial tachycardia, premature ventricular contractions, ventricular tachycardia, junctional premature beats, atrial fibrillation, atrialflutter, right bundle branch block, left bundle branch blocking stagnation, theincidence of atrioventricular block respectively26.42%,19.50%,12.58%,7.55%,9.43%,6.92%,4.40%,1.89%,4.40%,1.89%,5.03%. (2) The age of arrhythmia patients is69.9±5.3years old on average, whichno arrhythmia group is58.2±4.8years old, the difference was significant, withstatistical significance (P <0.05). Arrhythmia group of male59cases (51.30%),female56cases (48.70%), no arrhythmia group of male and21(51.22%),female20cases (48.78%), the difference was not significant, there was nosignificant (P>0.05). Arrhythmia group duration <8years45cases (39.13%),>8years70cases (60.87%), and no arrhythmia group duration <8years23cases(56.10%),>8years18cases (43.90%), the difference was not significant, wasnot statistically significant (P>0.05). Hypoxemia in patients with arrhythmiagroup89cases (77.39%), hypoxemia in patients without arrhythmia8patients(19.51%), the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P <0.05).Lung infection in patients with arrhythmia group110cases (95.65%), lunginfection in patients without arrhythmia group5cases (12.20%), the differencewas significant, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Arrhythmias in patientswith heart failure82cases (71.30%), heart failure patients without arrhythmiagroup of10patients (24.39%), the difference was significant, with statisticalsignificance (P <0.05). Arrhythmias and electrolyte disorders in patients94cases (81.74%), arrhythmia patients without electrolyte disturbances6cases(14.63%), the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P <0.05).Arrhythmia patients hypercapnia99cases (86.09%), no arrhythmia patientshypercapnia3cases (7.32%), the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05).(3) Logistic regression multivariate analysis showed that pulmonaryinfection (OR=11.568), heart failure (OR=3.754), electrolyte disorders (OR=2.376), hypoxemia (OR=2.951), hypercapnia disease (OR=1.528) wereindependent risk factors for chronic pulmonary heart arrhythmia, and thedifferences were statistically significant (P<0.05).(4) After the cause of anti-arrhythmic drug therapy and treatment, to obtaina better clinical efficacy, in which78patients were cured,35cases of patientswith effective, ineffective in2patients, the total effective rate was98.26%.Conclusion:(1) Chronic pulmonary heart arrhythmia incidence of73.72%, and its maintypes are sinus tachycardia, atrial premature beats, atrial tachycardia, prematureventricular contractions and ventricular tachycardia.(2) Chronic pulmonary heart arrhythmia is related of age, pulmonaryinfection, heart failure, electrolyte imbalance, hypoxemia and hypercapnia. Inaddition to the age, lung infection, heart failure, electrolyte imbalance, hypoxemia, hypercapnia are the independent risk factors of arrhythmia.(3) Based on incentives treatment, there are good effects by use of theindividual treatment in chronic pulmonary heart arrhythmia, which should bewidely used in the clinic.
