Objectives: To investigate the clinical efficacy of acne rehabilitationparticles combined photodynamic therapy for patients with moderate to severeacne.Methods: Choose from February2013to February2015period, patientswith moderate to severe acne, Daqing Oil Field General Hospital dermatologistfor treatment, according to the Chinese Medical Association of DermatologistsBranch " China acne treatment guide" Expert Group2008diagnostic guidelinesscreening, diagnosis90patients with moderate to severe acne name.Respectively,90patients will be enrolled in order to check the serial number ofvisits random number table, randomly divided into three groups: group Acnerehabilitation particles, PDT group and acne rehabilitation particles combinedPDT group, each group sex, average age, disease duration, GAGS scores, nostatistically significant difference (P>0.05), comparable. Three groups ofpatients according to various indicators compare treatment, acne rehabilitationgroup of particles, continuous medication for four weeks; PDT group wereirradiated with photodynamic therapy, each treatment20min,2times a weekfor four weeks; acne rehabilitation particles combined PDT group werephotodynamic particle irradiation and oral acne rehabilitation treatment timeabove, a total of four weeks. Every two weeks during treatment efficacyevaluation of a patient’s score and GAGS to conduct a comprehensive analysisof each group before and after treatment was statistically comprehensive acnegrading system (global acne grading system, GAGS) change scores, efficacyand adverse reaction rates. Results: Three groups of patients with longerduration of treatment GAGS score decreased; acne rehabilitation particle group, PDT group and acne rehabilitation particles combined PDT group after fourweeks of treatment, acne rehabilitation particles combined PDT group GAGSscore, efficient, cure rates with the other two groups compared, weresignificantly different, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was significantly higher than that of PDT foracne and acne rehabilitation rehabilitation particle group particles combinedPDT group, the difference was statistically significant compared to (P<0.05).Conclusions: Acne particles combined PDT group rehabilitation therapy,severe acne treatment is good, low adverse reactions.
