Filipendula intermedia (Glehn) Juzep. is the perennial herb of theFilipendula of Rosaceae. It grows in the areas of China and Russia andgrows in jilin and heilongjiang provinces. According to the literature,Filipendula palmate (Pall.) Maxim var. glabra Ledeb is pungentflavor, bitter and tepid. It has been widely used as a folk medicine to treatepilepsy, frostbite, rheumatism, gout and empyrosis.According to the preliminary experimental results, we extracted byusing ethanol and separated with macroporous resin columnchromatography, silica gel column chromatography, sephadex LH-20, etc.Accordind to physicochemical properties, spectral method and relatedliterature data,8compound of them were identified. They were identifiedas kaempferol(compound1),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (compound2), kaempferitrin(compound3), kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside(compound4)quercetin(compound5), isoquercitrin(compound6), β-sitosterol(compound7), daucosterol(compound8).Compound3and4wereisolated from this genus for the first time,Compound1,2,5,6,7and8wereisolated from this plant for the first time.
