| The relationship between chemical constituents in In two kinds of medicinal plants and environment factors was studied in this paper,and it contains two topics.1. Relationship between kaempferol content of Hippochaete hiemale from changbai mountains and spectral reflectance parameters:The relationship between kaempferol content of Hippochaete hiemale from changbai mountains and spectral reflectance parameters was studied in order to judge the quality of this medicinal plant briefly. According to the spectral reflectance parameters derived from the reflectance spectral curves, which were determined by Unispec-Sc Spectral analysis system, the H. hiemale samples were clustered analysis; the correlation analysis between spectral reflectance parameters and kaempferol content of this plant determined by HPLC was studied. The results indicated that there were significant negative correlations between kaempferol content and the area of blue edge(SDb) (r=-0.991), as well as the reflectance of green peak(Rg)(r=-0.982) and the reflectance of 530-570nm (|r|>0.95). As the conclusions, the quality of Hippochaete hiemale from Changbai Mountains can be judged briefly by comparing with the SDb and Rg. Furthermore, it is possible to stimulate the increase of kaempferol content of Hippochaete hiemale by strengthening incident light of 530-570nm.However, it needs to confirm by field test.2. Relationship between chemical constituents of genus Euonymus and Regional factors:first, the chemical constituents of Euonymus macropterus were investigated. Compounds were isolated by chromatography method, and their structrues were identified by NMR and MS analyses.14 compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Euonymus macropterus.Their structrues were identified as 2-hydroxy Hexacosanoic acid, ethyl ester(1),9,12-Eicosadienoic acid(9Z,12Z)-,2-hydroxy-3-[[(9Z)-1-oxo-9-octadecen-1-yl]oxy] propyl ester(2), epifriedelanol(3), lupeol(4), eicosanol(5), octadecylic acid (6), daucosterol linoleate(7),10-eicosanol(8), daucosterol(9),β-sitosterol(10), octacosanoic(11), dotriacontane(12), nicotinamide (13), n-tetratriacontane(14). Compounds 1-14 were isolated from this plant for the first time,and Compounds 1,2,5,6,7,8, 11,12,14 were isolated from the genus Euonymus for the first time. Compound 1 was isolated as natural product for the first time. Then, Relationship between chemical constituents of genus Euonymus and Regional factors was studied by analysis of variance. The results indicated that there were significant differences in the Proportions of esquiterpenoid and triterpenoid in genus Euonymus among different plant Shapes and region distributions. furthermore, there were significant negative correlations between the Proportions of triterpenoid,steroid and esquiterpenoid. |
