Quantitative variables were compared by using Independent-Sample-T-Test and One-Way ANVOA. The relationships of variables were by using Spearman correlation analysis and Stepwise Regression.Results1There are352secondary vocational school students in the survey in total, The mean age of research subjects is (18.41±1.793). The students of first grade are180people (51.1%), the second grade are172people (48.9%).There are102boys (29%) and250girls (71%).2In secondary vocational school, there are97.2%students have smart phone,66.7%students using smart phone are not exceeding2years,39.7%students use smart phone time in more than4hours every day,63.7%students’monthly Internet traffic is over150Mb,47.4%and40.9%students "often" use mobile phones before bedtime and in the self-study class, the "often used" functions of smart phone are QQ chat (41.2%) and network music (40.1%).
