Clinical Study On The Method Of Percolating The Lung To Opening The Orifices For Treatment Of Children With Enuresis (Lung Depression And Du-vessel Staganation)

Objective:Under the guildence of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment by differentiation of syndromes, the present study is aimed to objectively evaluate the efficacy of qianfengdumai potion via the method of percolating the Lung to opening the orifices for treatment of children with enuresis (Lung depression and Du-vessel staganation).Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,63children suffering from the Treatment of Children with Enuresis (Lung depression and Du-vessel staganation) were recruited and randomized into treatment group (n=34) and control group (n=29).The treatment group was given with qianfengdumai potion and the dosage was computed according to age, while the control group took with Western medicine Desmopressin Acetate. By means of evaluation of the TCM syndrome score and effective rate, validate the clinical efficacy of qianfengdumai potion.Results:32cases of the treatment group and28cases of the control group completed the whole observation. While, In the32cases treatment group,3cases were cured,17cases had remarkable therapeutic effect,10cases had effect and2had no effect, total effective rate was93.75%. In the control group,1cases was cured,9patients had remarkable effect,15had effective effect and3had no effect, total effective rate was89.29%. There was significant difference in comprehensive therapeutic effect between the two groups (p<0.05). There was significant difference in TCM syndrome relieving efficacy between the two groups (p<0.05), the treatment group was superior to the control group. In the32cases of treatment group,1cases were cured,17patients had apparent effect,13had effect and1had no effect, total effective rate was96.88%. In the28cases of control group,1cases were cured,4patients had apparent effect,21had effective effect and2had no effect, total effective rate was92.85%.Evaluating the cured result follow-up.The treatment group had lower relapse than the cured child in control group.Conclusions:Qianfengdumai potion has a better therapeutic effect via principle of treatment is disperse Lung_Qi refreshment and the therapy of Du-unblocking and resuscitation in the treatment of children with enuresis (Lung depression and Du-vessel staganation) compared with Western medicine Desmopressin Acetate.
