| Objective:This study is aimed to preliminary explore the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine named Shenyuzhiyisan which is used to cure children enuresis with two deficiency of spleen and kidney,to provide clinical evidence for the promotion and application of Shenyuzhiyisan,to seek a traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children enuresis which is safe,effective and low recurrence rate,to provide reference for the clinical treatment of the spleen and kidney deficiency children,to make the foundation for the further research on Shenyuzhiyisan.Methods:In this study,the children with enuresis with two deficiency of spleen and kidney were collected from January 2016 to December 2017 in Beijing Tongzhou maternal and child health care hospital and the hospital named Dongfang of Beijing university of Chinese medicine,a total of 64 cases were divided into two groups,there were 2cases lost in the treatment group.The non randomized controlled study was used in this study.In the treatment group,30 cases of enuresis with two deficiency of spleen and kidney in Dongfang Hospital were treated with shenyuzhiyisan for 4 weeks;In The control group,32 cases of enuresis with two deficiency of spleen and kidney in Tongzhou maternal and child health care hospital were treated with Desmopressin Acetate Tablets for 4 weeks;Meanwhile,the two groups were treated with behavioral therapy,that is,waking up the children to urinate at night,controlling the amount of drinking water and psychological guidance and so on,the course of treatment is 4 weeks.Before and after the treatment,the syndrome integral was calculated and the recurrence of enuresis was followed up after 4 weeks.Results:?There was no statistical difference between the two groups in age,sex,course of disease,integral of main symptoms,score of secondary symptoms,total integral of main disease,total score of sub syndrome and total symptom score.?There were 32 cases in the treatment group,2 cases were detached,3cases(10%)were cured,4 cases(46.7%)were markedly effective,8cases(26.7%)were effective,5cases(16.6%)were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.4%.In the control group,32 cases were cured,6 cases(18.75%)were cured,16 cases(50%)were markedly effective,4 cases(12.5%)were effective,6 cases(18.75%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 81.2%.After statistical analysis,P=0.672,P>0.05,the curative effect of the treatment group is similar to the control group.?In terms of improving the number of enuresis,urine volume and sleep depth,the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),but comparison among the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),In terms of improving the frequency of urine,facial color and appetite the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),Comparison between the two groups:the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).? After 4 weeks follow-up,2 cases(6.7%)were recurred in the treatment group,9 cases(28.13%)were recurred in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.?Side effects:no adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:the clinical efficacy of Shenyuzhiyisan in treating children enuresis with two deficiency of spleen and kidney is similar to that of Desmopressin Acetate Tablets group,the two groups can improve the main disease of the children with enuresis,but Shenyuzhiyisan is superior to Desmopressin Acetate Tablets in improving the secondary symptoms.The recur rate of enuresis is lower than in the enuresis children with Shenyuzhiyisan group than that of the Desmopressin Acetate Tablets group.There were no side effect found in the two groups.Therefore,Shenyuzhiyisan is effective in treating two cases of enuresis with spleen and kidney deficiency,which can improve the symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate and has no bad effects.It is worthy of further research and application. |
