| [Objective]:To observe the curattive effect of yuebifenguansan on enuresis,principle of treatment is disperse Lung_Qi refreshment.Disease of lower part is treated from the upper part.[Metheds]:81 cases from clinic measured up to the take_in standard were randomly devided into treatment group and comparison group according to the ration of 3:1,namely 60 in the fomer and 21 in the latter.Treated the treatment group with fenguansan,and the comparison group with yiniaoding,with the dosage of both group decided according to age.Four weekes later,two kinds of comparisons were made on curative effect of the disease as well as syndrome,one was between the two group and the other within treatment group.The curative effect of yuebifenguansan on Children's enuresis of obstrution of Lung_Qi and blockage was estimated by the comparisons.[Results]:1.Analisis of the baseline:The comparison of two group in sex,age and degree of disease was statistically indistinguishable(P＞0.05)2.The contrast of treatment group on integral of primary and subsidiary symptoms was statistially different.And so are the integral of the same symptom in different time of visit.But it took a different time for the two on the appearance of a notable difference.3.Curative effect:For the treatment group:21 recovered,29 had obvious effect,2 had effect,the total effective rate up to 86.67 %。For the comparison group:4 recovered,8 had obvious effect, 4 had effect,the total effective rate up to 76.19%。Trere was statistical difference between the two group. 4.Curative effect of symptoms:For the treatment group:22 recovered,28 had obvious effect,4 had effect,the total effective rate up to 90%。For the comparison group:4 recovered,7 had obvious effect,4 had effect,the total effective rate up to 71.43%。Trere was statistical difference between the two group.[Conclusion]:yuebifenguansan had curative effect on Children's enuresis of obstrution of Lung_Qi and blockage,and the effect of symptoms is better than yiniaoding. |
