The Research Of The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Si Chuan Medical Institutional Preparations

Medical institutional preparations is a good complement of marketing pharmaceuticals and the material basis to prevent and cure disease.Purpose:In order to give full play to the advantages of Sichuan medical resources and market, I searched the lack of development, intensive studied other issues about this subject, and proposed development strategies and measures of the medical institutional preparations. In the meantime, to accelerate the development of medical institutional preparations, to improve the quality, to ensure the clinical curative effect and to provide safeguards for medical demand.Methods:Through studying related literature and policy advice, investigating and interviewing the medical institutions and administrative departments, analyzing these information, to grasp the advantage and restraining factors of the development of medical institutional preparations. Using the principle of economics and POWER-SWOT method to analysis data and information, screening the running strategies of development, to provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of Sichuan medical institutional preparations. Result:Through the investigation and research, data analysis, consulting and interview, the problems of Sichuan medical institutional preparations’ development which need to be solved including:the quantity is on the decline; development of the traditional Chinese medicine and the chemical medicine preparations unbalanced;there are more conventional preparation formulation and less innovative new ones;Low level repeated varieties are used more than the exclusive varieties; poor regulation. Problems above mentioned are the main factors which restrict the development of the Sichuan medical institutional preparation.Conclusion:according to the analysis of the studying results and macro factors internal and external environmental about advantages and disadvantages of the Sichuan medical institutional preparation’development, the results by using the POWER-SWOT method shows that factors affecting the combination of the advantages and opportunities in the highest score.Based on the principle of SWOT, to develop the Sichuan medical institutional preparations should take advantage and opportunity (SO) development strategy.SO strategy is positive.Giving full play to the advantages of medical institutional preparation, seizing the opportunities brought by the external environment, to create a new booming situation of its development, we should run following strategies:Give full play to advantages of Chinese medicine in Sichuan to promote the innovation and development of the preparations; Adjust the structure of preparation variety and formulation, in order to meet the medical needs; take scientific management measures and regulate the behavior of preparations of medical institutions to develop the preparation better; build a medical institutional preparations developing center, to promote the ability and level of Sichuan preparations; strengthen the supervision and administration of medical institutional preparations, to ensure the sustained and healthy development of the preparation.
