Study On The Current Situation Of Health Services And Development Strategy Of College Medical Institution In Dalian

College medical institutions formed in the era of planned economy. As the medical institution provide services for college staff and students. It has four functions, basic medical services, public health, preventive health care and health education. For a long period of time, It plays an active role in the harmony and stability of university development. However, with the university reform further and social health care system continue to improve, the original college medical institutions operating mechanism rise to many problems. Especially, in recent years, there have been many medical malpractice in campus, which triggered many problems are related to college medical are concerned and thought by the community.Paper first reviewed the relevant literature on the college medical institutions, and described its meaning, function, status and role in detail. Then, I compiled the relevant questionnaire based on interviews with experts, and respectively conducted a survey to medical staff and students in seven universities of Dalian. Finally, through a systematic and comprehensive organizing the survey data and information collected, depth analysis the main problems existing in the process of operation and their causes and the key factors for its further development of college medical institutions in Dalian, then explore its future development direction and strategy. Ultimately, from the theoretical and empirical level, measures level, put forward specific ideas and measures of sustainable development of college medical institutions in DalianThe innovation of this study has the following aspects:First, from the three-dimensional perspective, the supply side, demand side and the external conditions, systematically investigated the health service situation of college medical institutions in Dalian, and deep analysis the "bottleneck" in the development process from micro-level. Second, use the evaluation mode of "input-services-outputs" comprehensive evaluate the work performance of college medical institutions, and tried to do some exploration on evaluation index system. Third, evaluating the work performance with the method of TOPSIS and RSR, which not only make up for the shortcomings of TOPSIS, but also overcome the shortcomings of RSR. So, makes the evaluation more scientific and comprehensive. As the rare empirical study on health services of college medical institutions in china, the research results of this project will not only promote the reform of college medical institutions, but also deepening the theory of health service system.
