Before treatment, the differences had no statistical significance in the sexes, profession, age, course, the symptoms of western medicine and TCM, and the visuognosis persistence test observational item of asthenopia between two groups (P>0.05), the two groups were comparable。2. After the treatment, the visuognosis persistence test of three group, it was83.84±10.43%in the test1group,80.44±8.61%in the test2group and66.90±9.81%in the control group., Three groups was pairwise comparison after the Treatment, the effect of test1group was better than test2group (P<0.05), the test1group was significantly better than control group (P<0.01), the test2group was significantly better than control group (P<0.01)。3. The efficacy of TCM:The cure rate of the test1group is19.05%,11.43%for the test2group and0.00%for the control group after treatment; The excellent rate of the test1group is47.62%,42.86%for the test2group and25%for the control group after treatment, the effectiv rate of the test1group is9.52%,28.57%for the test2group and41.67%for the control group after treatment.the total effective rate of the test1group is90.48%,83.33%for the test1group and58.33%for the control group after treatment., Three groups was pairwise comparison after the Treatment, the effect of test1group was better than test2group (P=0.029<0.05), the test1group was significantly better than the test2group and control group (P<0.01), the test2group was significantly better than control group (P<0.01),however, the test1group was best.4.The efficacy of western medicine:The cure rate of the test1group is16.67%,8.57%for the test2group and0.00%for the control group after treatment; The excellent rate of the test1group is38.10%,31.43%for the test2group and25%for the control group after treatment, the effectiv rate of the test1group is30.95%,37.14%for the test2group and30.56%for the control group after treatment.the total effective rate of the test1group is85.71%,77.14%for the test1group and55.56%for the control group after treatment., Three groups was pairwise comparison after the Treatment, the effect of test1group was better than test2group (P=0.045<0.05), the test1group was significantly better than the test2group and control group (P<0.01), the test2group was significantly better than control group (P=0.010<0.05), however, the test1group was best.Conclusion:The asthenopia was significant effect get through the auricular-plaster therapy, improve the visuognosis persistence, symptoms of ocular and systemic was reduced, the method should be promoted in clinical.。...
