The Clinical Efficacy Observe Of Fang Feng Tong Sheng Decoction To Treat Community Acquired Pneumonia

Objective:To observe Fangfengtongsheng decoction to treat community acquired pneumonia clinical efficacy and to explore the advantages of integrative medicine therapies.Methods:Using random numbers were randomly divided into treatment group and control groups, the treatment group was given Fang fen tong sheng decoction+conventional basic therapy, the control group received conventional basic therapy,20patients in each. Observed for7days after the blood leukocyte count, neutrophil percentage change, C-reactive protein, chest X-ray changes, TCM symptom score changes; temperature changes each time point, the temperature dropped to normal time, the temperature drops0.5℃time, length of stay, the main clinical symptoms improved time. All data used for statistical analysis SPSS18.0.Results:(1) the treatment group than the control group in the treatment of CAP candidate scores lower C-reactive protein, TCM, blood WBC count and N%, comparing the effects of hypothermia to improve significantly.(P<0.05).(2) in the treatment group CAP shorten the time required for normal body temperature dropped significantly better than the control group (P<0.01), CAP treatment group in the time required to compare the temperature drops0.5℃was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01).(3) In the treatment group CAP shortening symptom improvement than the control group (P<0.05) on the time required; especially in the shorter time advantage oliguria improved significantly (P<0.01).(4) a control group, the average hospital stay was8.23days, the treatment group, the average hospital stay was6.48days in the treatment group compared with the control group more effective in reducing the number (P<0.01) CAP hospitalization days.(5) The comparison of the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).(6) The efficacy of TCM comparison syndrome, the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine Fang fen tong sheng decoction plus basic treatment of community-acquired pneumonia patients can significantly reduce syndromes score, improve clinical symptoms, reduce blood markers of inflammation, accelerate the improvement of the disease, the clinical effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
