Object:In this study,by detecting the expression of Xinjiang Han, Uygur women in different HPV subtypes of cervical precancerous lesions of L1protein,To explore the expression of different HPV isoforms of L1protein in the cervical lesions of Han, Uygur women.Methods:Collected248cases of September to20132012June Xinjiang Autonomous Region People’s Hospital cervicitis, CINI, CINII-Ⅲ HPV DNA HC2positive samples of cervical secretion of cervical biopsy results,The Han, Uygur cervicitis in all48cases,46cases, CINI40cases each,30cases,28cases,56cases of CINII-Ⅲ.HPV DNA extracted by alkaline lysis method, PCR typing detection reagent kit for polymerase chain reaction for HPV DNA extracted using Chaozhou Cape human papilloma virus nucleic acid (Polymerase chain reaction, PCR)to detect HPV gene amplification and diversion hybridization method, paraffin tissue sections with xylene and graded alcohol dewaxing to water, the specific according to the HPV L1Kit (American Eddie Vance)immunohistochemical method to detect HPV L1protein.Results:(1)In248cases of cervical precancerous lesions were detected in13high-risk HPV subtypes (HPV16,58,52,53,68,31,66,18,39,33,35,56,59),2low-risksubtype HPV (HPV6,81), where HPV16type in the Uygur, Han in the highest proportion, respectively68.97%and65.15%, followed by HPV58, HPV52,HPV53, was32.76%,27%,27%,24.14%,15.5%,17.24%,15.5%. TheHPV18type is less.(2)At the same level of cervical lesions in Han, Uygur HPV LI protein positive expression rate had no significant difference (P>0.05). HPV LI protein positive expression in Han patients with chronic cervicitis, CINI, CINII-Ⅲ rates were50%,60%,21.43%, there was no significant difference of cervicitisand CINI (P>0.05), HPV L1protein positive expression of CINI and CINII-IIIrate were statistically significant (P<0.05). HPV L1protein positiveexpression of Uygur patients in chronic cervicitis, CINI, CINII-Ⅲ were34.78%,46.67%,17.86%, there was no significant difference of cervicitis and CINI(P>0.05), HPV L1protein positive expression of CINI and CINII-Ⅲ rate were statistically significant (P<0.05).(3)Expression of HPV L1protein were23.26%(20/86),43.48%(20/46) in Uygur HPV16, non HPV16high-risk subtypes, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.016), the expression of HPV16in Han and Uygur HPV rates of L1protein were42.5%(34/80),23.26%(20/86), the difference was statistically significant (P=0.008)Conclusion:(1)HPV16infection rate of HPV infection in Xinjiang Uygur women cervicalcancer is the highest, followed by HPV58, and the HPV18type is less, there are differences with other regions in China by HPV16, type18, which provides a theoretical basis for the development of HPV vaccine aggregationarea in Xinjiang Uygur.(2)With CIN aggravation, expression of HPV L1protein is low, the difference was statistically significant, the cervical injury severity, the expression of HPV late protein L1rate is low, the L1protein can be used as an effective index in the judgment of HPV infection virus replication status.(3)Expression of L1protein in HPV16was significantly lower than that in nonhigh-risk HPV16subtypes, HPV16infection rate may be due to lack of L1protein expression, so that the body cannot produce immune reactionremoval of diseased cells, thus exacerbating the disease progresses, causes cervical cancer;(4)HPV L1protein positive expression rate o f Uygur was significantly lower than that of Han in type HPV16, the absence of expression of HPV L1protein may be one of the causes of Uigur cervical disease prevalence rate is higher thanthe Han nationality.
