Objective Detection HPVL1protein and IL-2expression in cervical lesions to investigate their correlation with cervical lesions of the relationship and significance, to provide experimental basis for the diagnosis and treatment of precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.Method Collected from April2011to September2011in Shan xi Tumor Hospital for treatment of cervical liquid-based cytology diagnosis≥not clear diagnosis of atypical squamous cells (ASCUS), and detection of HPV DNA were positive, while organized pathological diagnosis (as the gold standard) in patients with archive paraffin blocks, production samples, using immunohistochemical method combined with computer image gap hijack detection image and data acquisition, and experimental data were statistically analyzed, observed HPVL1protein and IL-2expression in cervical epithelial tissues lesions and cervical cancer, in order to study the relationship between the lesions and cervical cancer HPVL1protein and IL-2cervical epithelial tissues neoplasia.Result Immunohistochemical methods the:HPVL1protein localized in the nucleus, the main expression of the epithelium in the cervical tissue. Specimens of159cases of HPV L1positive expression was47.80%(76cases). Chronic cervicitis, CIN I of CINⅡ CIN III and the SCC positive expression was62.50%(30/48),83.33%(35/42),37.03%(10/27),3.3%(1/30),0%(0/12). In addition to CIN III and SCC, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05) between the different lesions, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). IL-2expression is located in the cell membrane and/or cytoplasm, mainly expressed in the epithelium of the cervical tissue. IL-2positive expression was64.78%(103cases). Chronic cervicitis, CIN I、CIN Ⅱ, CIN Ⅲ and the SCC positive expression was83.33%(40/48),89.30%(37/42),62.97%(17/27),3.3%(9/30) and0%(0/12). The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The experimental results show that change the organization, cervical epithelial tissues neoplasia HPVL1protein expression of IL-2has a certain correlation (rs =0.165, p<0.05). HPVL1-/IL-2-expression in44cases, the expression of the upward trend with the increase of the degree of cervical lesions, HPVL1+/IL-2+expression of the64cases, the expression with the increase of the degree of cervical lesions was downward trend.
