bjective:To investigate the safety and clinical effects oflaproscopic left hepatic lobectomy in patients with local left side hepatobiliarycalculus stone. Method: Clinic data in20patients with local left sidehepatobiliary calculus stone treated by laproscopic left hepatic lobectomy and20patients treated by open left hepatic lobectomy were retrospectivelyanalyzed from January2011to January2014. Operation time, amount ofbleeding, peritoneal drainage volume, liver function recovery, pain medicationdosage, anus exhausting time, postoperative activity time, the time to removethe drain vessel, time of stitches, hospitalization costs and postoperativecomplications were compared. Result:All patients have undergone operationssuccessfully, there was no case conversion to open surgery. Drainage volume, liver function indexes, anus exhausting time, postoperative activity time, andpain medication dosage are shorter in patients treated with laproscopicprocedure, differences are statistically significant. The rate of incision infectionis higher in open procedure. There is no significant difference in amount ofbleeding, operation time, hospitalization costs. The incidence of fever, pleuraleffusion, ascites and biliary leakage are same in both group. Conclusion:Laproscopic left hepatic lobectomy have the characteristics of little trauma, rapid postoperative recovery, less complication and have the same effect withopen procedure. It’s worthy of further promotion.
