Observation Of The Effect Of BU-SHEN-SHENG-YANG Recipe On Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

Objective:Investigating clinical effectiveness of Bu shen sheng yang Recipe fordiabetic neurogenic bladder (DNB) and the influence for of the structure and function ofthe diabetic rats’bladders.Method:in the clinical observation,60patients were divided randomly intoexperimental group (30patients) and control group (30patients).Both groups were givenbasic treatment.Besides,experimental group was therapied by Bu shen sheng yang Recipe,control group was therapied by Mecobalamin,to observe the clinical effect of thesymptoms,signs and the remainder urine of the bladder of the two groups.In the animalexperimental research,32rats were divided into four groups randomly:the controlgroup,the DM group,the TCM group and the western medicine group.Then all groupsexcept the control group were established model of diabetic rats.The TCM group wastreated by Bu shen sheng yang Recipe and the western medicine group was treated byMecobalamin.After6weeks,we observed the recipe’s influence of the structure andfunction of the diabetic rats’bladders.Result:The clinical effectiveness of Bu shen sheng yang Recipe on the improvementof symptoms,signs and remainder urine of the bladder than control group(P＜0.01).Animal experiment indicates that Bu shen sheng yang Recipe can improve thestructure and function of the diabetic rats’bladders,reminding us that the recipe canprevent DNB effectively.Conclusion:Bu shen sheng yang Recipe has satisfactorily therapeutic efficacy toDNB,and the recipe can improve the structure and function of bladders,so it can be popularized.
