Clinical Research On WEN-SHEN-JIAN-PI Recipe In Treating Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

Objective: to observe the clinical effectiveness of Wen shen Jian pi Recipe on spleenand kidney deficiency diabetic neurogenic bladder patients.Methods: select60cases of TCM Syndromes of diabetes mellitus patients withspleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, randomly divided into two groups,30cases incontrol group were given the basic treatment, control blood sugar, and given theMecobalamin treatment,30cases in the treatment group was given based on foundationtreatment of Wen shen Jian pi recipe, separately carries on the system of clinical research,focus on before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, bladder residualurine volume, blood sugar control, treatment for two months.Results: The total efficiency of treatment group was90.0%and the control group was63.3%, two groups of the total efficiency differences are statistically significant (P <0.01);the treatment group in improving symptoms, reducing the residual urine volume obviouslysuperior to the control group (P <0.05or P <0.01).Conclusions: Effects of Wen shen Jian pi Recipe on spleen and kidney deficiencydiabetic neurogenic bladder patients have good therapeutic effect.
