The Clinical Study On Tang Long Recipe In Treating Kidney Deficiency Of Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder Patients

Objective:The clinical observation on Tang Long Recipe in treating Kidney Deficiency of Blood Stasis syndrome of diabetic neurogenic bladder(Diabetic neurogenic bladder,DNB)patients.Methods:In this study,67 cases of diabetic neurogenic bladder diagnosed by western medicine were stochastically separated into the treatment group and the control group,34 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.Both groups were given individualized basic treatment plan,including diabetes diet and exercise education,hypoglycemic treatment,urination training,neurotrophic treatment,antiinfection,urethral catheterization treatment and so on,the treatment group was treated with Tang Long Recipe on the basis of basic treatment,and the course of treatment was 8 weeks.Separately carries on the system of clinical research,focus on before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome score,bladder urine reside,the maximal urinary flow rates,AUASI scores,SF-Qualiveen scale scores and the indeses of glucose metabolism.The related statistical analysis was carried out,and the adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results:In the course of research,there were 5 cases that have shed,3 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment: 1.Symptoms were remarkably improved: comparing the TCM syndrome scores and AUA-SI scores of the two groups before and after treatment,the average score change range of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.001),we can safely draw a conclusion that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving diabetic neurogenic bladder symptoms.2.Ameliorating the urinary flow mechanics:comparing the amount of residual urine in bladder and the maximum flow rate of urine between the two groups before and after treatment,the average RUV level of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences had statistical significance(P=0.025<0.05);the average MFR level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences also had statistical significance too(P=0.001<0.01).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in ameliorating the urinary flow mechanics(the amount of residual urine in bladder and the maximum flow rate of urine were consisted in).3.Remarkbly enhancing the quality of life:comparing the SFQualifien scores of the two groups before and after treatment,the average score change range of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P=0.001<0.01),the conclusion was drew that the treatment group was better than the control group in enhancing the quality of life of patients.During the observation of this study,all DNB patients included in the study had no significant abnormality in the safety index results before and after treatment,and no serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment process.Conlusion: The Tang Long Recipe can significantly improve the clinical symptoms to the patients,who are with Kidney Deficiency of Blood Stasis syndrome,reduce the amount of residual urine in bladder,accelerate the maximum flow rate of urine and enhancing the quality of life,which also have a good safety.It has a wide application prospect,and is worthy of further study and clinical promotion.
