| Objective: to observe the clinical effectiveness of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on spleenand kidney deficiency diabetic neurogenic bladder patients.Methods: select 60 cases of TCM Syndromes of diabetes mellitus patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in control group were given the basic treatment, control blood sugar, and given the Mecobalamin treatment, 30 cases in the treatment group was given based on foundation treatment of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue recipe, separately carries on the system of clinical research, focus on before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, bladder residual urine volume, blood sugar control, treatment for two months.Results: The total efficiency of treatment group was 86.7% and the control group was43.3%, two groups of the total efficiency differences are statistically significant(P < 0.01);The treatment group in reducing the clinical symptoms, reduce the residual urine volume, lowering blood lipid, improving blood rheology was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Conclusions: Effects of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on spleen and kidney deficiency diabetic neurogenic bladder patients have good therapeutic effect. |
