Clinical Study Of Decoction Of Dangguisini For The Lower Extremity Atherosclerosis Disease In The Aged Male Patients With Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis

BACKGROUND:With in the increasing of people's life level and the changing of life model, the incidence of the lower extremity atherosclerosis disease is increasing year by year, which is one of the great dieases. the lower extremity atherosclerosis disease will take burden for human and society, which influence patients' life, so modern people will pay more attentions.PURPOSE:The result will be showed by study for observation the changing of pro-treatment and pos-treatment about symptom, blood pressure, blood fat, Fibrinogen and ABI,TBI,PWV for the lower extremity atherosclerosis disease in the aged male patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis with decoction of Dangguisini. This study will show the theory and estimate of LEAD treatment by Chinese medicine.STUDY METHODS:We chose 60 patients who are from Nanjing Chinese medicine hospital in December2009 to January 2009, both the outpatients and patients admitted to hospital and that corresponded with the diagnostic criteria.These patients are divided into two groups stochasticly,30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. Control group take routine treatment, treatment group take treatment in the control group on the basis of taking decoction of Dangguisini;Danggui 10g, Fuzi10g, Ganjiang 3g, Guizhi 3g, Danshen 10g, Xixin 3g, Gancao 5g, Chinese soups are divided into two bags packed. In the morning and evening taking a bag. Two groups are taken treatment for one month.RESULTS:1 There are positive change in clinic sign with the lower extremity atherosclerosis disease in the aged male patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type patients which were treated by decoction of Dangguisini. The effect of treatment group is obviously better. (P<0.05) 2 There are positive change in TC,TG,LDL,HDL with the lower extremity atherosclerosis disease in the aged male patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type patients which were treated by decoction of Dangguisini. The effect of treatment group is obviously better (P<0.05).3 There are positive change in FIB with the lower extremity atherosclerosis disease in the aged male patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type patients which were treated by decoction of Dangguisini. The effect of treatment group is obviously better. (P< 0.05) 4 There are positive change in ABI,TBI,baPWV with the lower extremity atherosclerosis disease in the aged male patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type patients which were treated by decoction of Dangguisini. The effect of treatment group is obviously better. (P<0.05)CONCLUSION:Treatment based on syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine has advantage in improving clinical symptom and laboratory indices, we get it through the lower extremity atherosclerosis disease in the aged male patients with deficiency of Yang and Obstruction by blood stasis which were treated by decoction of Dangguisini.It improves the quality of life of patients.
