Objective: To probe into the therapeutic effects of ultrasound-guided percutaneous absolute ethanolinjection sclerotherapy of simple hepatic cysts. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment methodand clinical application value. The best efforts to ensure that ultrasound guided percutaneous liverpuncture injection of anhydrous alcohol hardening treatment effectiveness of simple hepatic cysts, security. In order to further improve the therapeutic efficacy of hepatic cysts treated by this method is simple, reducethe incidence rate of intraoperative and postoperative complications, and summarize the clinical experience,to better promotion in clinical work..Methods:80cases of simple hepatic cysts were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical Collegeof Shihezi University from January2008-June2013. All patients were treated with ultrasound-guidedpercutaneous ethanol injection sclerotherapy, and are the first treatment. The therapeutic effects wereobserved during a follow-up period of3-6months after treatment. Again ultrasound examination toultrasonic measurement cyst diameter for curative effect observation indexes, through the follow-upobservation, evaluation on therapeutic effects and analysis of treatment results. Results: All cases were successfully percutaneous punctured without any significant complication. Theextracted liquid is yellow or colorless. Treatment1times in78cases,2times in2cases,3times in1case,which cyst diameter is12.1cm×10.3cm. Treatment process smooth, puncture interval of one week, thecourse of treatment and end after was observed in patients with no obvious symptoms. After3months, thetotal effective rate was95%, the curative rate was65%; after6months, the total effective rate was97.5%,the curative rate was80%. Treatment effect is remarkable. The intraoperative smoothly and without severecomplications.18cases with mild abdominal pain,1case of patients with alcoholism, after closeobservation to ease.Conclusions:(1)Effective Through this topic research institute of the cases were collected for analysis.Summed up the percutaneous liver puncture injection of anhydrous alcohol simple hepatic cysts3monthscure rate was65%, total effective rate was95%, the recurrence rate was2.5%; Six months of the cure ratewas80%, total effective rate was97.5%, the recurrence rate was5%, and this simple hepatic cyst treatmentwas considered effectively and feasibly.(2) Safety, easy This topic research by ultrasound guided byhardening operation method for the treatment of simple hepatic cysts under local anesthesia, and ultrasonicdynamic observation treatment, precise operation process, not present a case of intraoperative andpostoperative complications.(3) Low cost This treatment operation cost is far lower than the surgicaltreatment, patients’ economic burden is small, the vast majority of patients can be very good cooperation.(4)Small trauma Anhydrous alcohol under ultrasound guided sclerotherapy simple hepatic cysts is a kind ofminimally invasive surgery, its surgical wound is small, at the same time reduce the postoperative woundinfection rate, has replaced the surgical traumatic surgery, its more widely applicable people.(5) SpeedyPatients on the second day after surgery can walk. It does not affect patients normal life.
