| Objective:In this paper, starting from the basic theory of TCM, combined with clinical cases observation, by using ziyin kidney functions, traffic heart treatment quickness arrhythmia, coronary heart disease (CHD) and further verify the proposed formula can nourish calming nerves value and mechanism of the drink.Method:Clinical observation in70cases of coronary heart disease(CHD) rapidity arrhythmia (Yin deficiency type fire) patients were randomly divided into treatment group35examples, to give the prescription ziyin calming nerves in the drink;Control group35cases, to the traditional metacentric particles.A course of4weeks.Results:Research shows that:The anti-arrhythmic treatment group the total effective rate was85.71%, control group is54.29%, comparing the two groups have statistical significance (p<0.05);TCM symptoms in treatment group total effective rate was88.57%, the control group was51.43%, comparing the two groups was statistically significant (p<0.05);Each individual symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the number of ventricular premature beat, quickness persistent af compared with control group, the total number of heart rate were statistically significant (p<0.05or p<0.01);The treatment group compared before and after treatment, blood lipids, hemorrheology were statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion:Yin calming nerves drink can significantly control the rapidity of arrhythmia occurrence frequency, the improvement of clinical symptoms and myocardial ischemia in patients with status, lipid metabolism and blood viscosity. |
