Clinical Research On The Effect Of Ning Xin Xuan Bi Tang On The Treatment Of The Menopausal Stable Angina Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:Observe Ning Xin Xuan Bi Tang treatment of menopausal women ofcoronary heart disease stable angina pectoris clinical curative effect, indeed topostmenopausal patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris and explore itsestrogen, the influence of lipid metabolism.Methods: Selection according to the cases included in the standard, on March1,2012to December l,2012hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of shandong university oftraditional Chinese medicine emergency ward and outpatient menopausal womendiagnosed with coronary heart disease stable angina patients, a total of60cases, inaccordance with the principle of simple random, control is divided into control group30cases, treatment group30cases. Control group with oral aspirin enteric-coated metforminhydrochloride, different yamanashi nitrate ester, metoprolol, atorvastatin, such as drugs, onthe basis of the patients in the control group use to Ning Xin Xuan Bi Tang treatment,treatment for4weeks. Respectively on two groups of patients with TCM syndrome, anginapectoris, electrocardiogram (ecg) changes of blood lipid level, estrogen levels, safetytesting were observed and compared. All data application SPSS17.0statistical software forstatistical analysis.Results: After four weeks of treatment, clinical studies confirm the test group thenumber and duration of angina pectoris, TCM syndrome score, TCM superior to thecontrol (p <0.01); TCM individual symptoms before and after treatment compared to theexperimental group, chest pain, back pain, palpitations improvement is not significantlybetter than the control group (p>0.05), in the chest, fatigue, night sweats, waist and knees,insomnia improvement than the control group (p <0.05); comparison of efficacy of two different ECG not statistically significant (P>0.05); the treatment group nitroglycerinstopped by the situation than the control group (P <0.05), the treatment group stopped by92.3%in the control group was62.9%stopped by; estradiol before and after treatmentcomparison of measured the treatment group improved significantly (P <0.05), while thecontrol group had no significant difference (P>0.05), after treatment, the treatment groupwas significantly higher estrogen levels (P <0.01); treatment CHOL, TG, LDL-C, LP (a)were significantly decreased (P <0.05), the treatment group compared with the controlgroup after treatment, CHOL, LDL-C, LP (a) significantly decreased, with statisticalsignificance (P <0.05), TG decreased obvious, was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion: Ning Xin Xuan Bi Tang combined with western medicine routinetreatment can obviously improve the menopausal women with stable angina pectorisclinical curative effect, compared with western medicine routine treatment in reducing theblood lipid level and improve the clinical symptoms have better curative effect, and havehigher levels of estrogen, it may be Ning Xin Xuan Bi Tang one of the mechanism of thetreatment of coronary heart disease (CHD). And the price is cheap, no obvious side effects,worthy of further study.
