| Objection:To discuss the mechanism of Yi Tang Ning Xin decoction improving Diabetes mellitus combine Coronary heart disease, through observing Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Xue functions of Yi Tang Ning Xin decoction for the treatment Diabetes mellitus combine Coronary heart disease patients of the clinical effect.Method:According to the RCT method, a total of60patients who met these criteria were divided into two groups,30for treatment group(basic treatment+Yi Tang Ning Xin decoction+medicine) and30for control group(basic treatment+medicine), treatment of6weeks, follow-up of6months. To observe the changes of the patient with Diabetes mellitus combine Coronary heart disease of the symptom of angina pectoris(AP)and tradition Chinese medicine(TCM)、 the level of fasting plasma glucose(FPG)、 C-reactive protein (CRP) and blood lipid、 electrocardiogram (ECG). Meanwhile, observing adverse drug reactions and the frequency of other complementation and the influence of Yi Tang Ning Xin decoction on the indexes.Result:Yi Tang Ning Xin decoction for the treatment Diabetes mellitus combine Coronary heart disease of stable angina with patients, the effect of TCM、 AP、 ECG were separately90%、86.67%、90%compared with control group, it had statistical significance (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the treatment group had reduce lipemias、 FPG、 CRP and compared with control group had statistical significance (P<0.05). Followed up for6months after, the symptoms of AP and TCM、 FPG、 ECG in treatment group has greater improvement and better than the control group(P<0.01). It shows that Yi Tang Ning Xin decoction has an evident treatment effect for Diabetes mellitus combine Coronary heart disease.Conclusion:Yi Tang Ning Xin decoction can effectively improve Diabetes mellitus combine Coronary heart disease with patients of cinical symptoms、 correct disturbances in lipid metabolism、 decreasing inflammatory reaction and FPG... |
