Clinical Research On Combination Method Of Yin And Yang To Treat Quickness Arrhythmia Of Coronary Heart Disease(Yin-yang Deficiency)

Objective:To observe the clinical effort of combination method of Yin and Yang to treat quickness arrhythmia of coronary heart disease,to explore the mechanism,to evaluate its efficiency and safety,to intend to provide practical and valuable therapeutic way for clinical treatment of quickness arrhythmia.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,selecting 60 cases of outpatient and inpatient is randomly divided into treatment group and control group.No statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients with general situation.After a-month washout period,the treatment group is treated with tiaolv decoction on the basis of routine medicine treatment,while the control group is treated with shensongyangxin capsule.After 4 weeks treatment,the clinical effect is evaluated.Results:Research shows that:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.67%, the control group is 53.33%,comparing the two groups having statistical significance(P<0.05). Especially it is obvious in improvement of heart palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath.In improvement of the average heart rate of ventricular premature,premature total,average heart rate of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,the number of exacerbations,and ST-T segment,treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the treatment group is superior to the control group in the comparision of serum lipids,bloodrheology and CRP(P<0.05).Comparison of blood routine,stool routine,urine routine,live and kidney function,no obvious abnormality,no adverse reaction was found.Conclusion:Combination method of Yin and Yang can significantly control the frequency of quickness arrhythmia coronary heart disease,improve the clinical symptoms,regulating blood fat,improve blood flow,decrease the inflammatory response.
