The Clinieal Analysis Of Treating Peripheral Meno Pause Syndrome (PMS) With The Decoction Of Angeng Yikun

Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of Angeng Yikun Decoction (AGYKD)on PMS and explore its mechanism.Menthod:60patients were randomly divided into two groups:the test group(30cases,treated with AGYKD) and the control group (30cases,treated with Liuwei dihuangpill).Before and after the treatment, improvement of the clinical symptoms,changes of FSH,LH,E2,5-HT, PTH and differences between two groups were observed.Result:The clinical effective rate is96.67%in the test group, it is73.33%in thecontrol group.After the treatment,the scores of Kupperman and TCM syndrome arelowered significantly(P<0.05), and comparison between the two groups havesignificant difference (p <0.05). After treatment, two groups of E2was obviously higher,the FSH, LH were reduced, and had significant difference before and after the treatment (P<0.05); Comparison between the two groups after treatment in patients with E2, FSH, LH,there are significant differences (P <0.05). After treatment,5-HT level a significant risein treatment group than the control group. After treatment, two groups of PTH levelsdropped significantly than before treatment (P <0.05), PTH levels between the two groupscomparison, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: The Angeng Yikun Decoction has extremely precise therapeuticaleffect on PMS of Yin-deficiency of the Kidney and can effectively improve the clinicalsymptoms and signs.
