The Clinical Study Of Asthenia Of The Kidney On Yin And Yang Of Peripheral Menpause Syndrome(PMS) With ErXian AnGeng Decoction

Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of ErXian AnGeng Decoction (EXAGD) on PMS and explore its mechanism.Menthod:64 patients were divided into two groups at random:the test group ( 32 cases,treated with EXAGD ) and the control group ( 32 cases,treated with Gengnian Ling Capsule ).Before and after of treatment, improvement of the clinical symptoms,changes of FSH, LH,E2, TC, HDL, LDL, CA, NE, E,IL-2, PTH, CT and differences both two groups were observed.Result:The clinical effective rate is 93.75% in the test group, it is 75% in the control group (P<0.05). After the treatment,the scores of Kupperman is lowered significantly(P<0.01).The FSH is lowered, the E2 is raised significantly(P<0.01). The TC and LDL are reduced, the HDL is increased remarkably (P<0.05).The CA,E and NE are significantly reduced(P<0.05).The PTH is reduced,and CT is raised remarkably (P<0.05).Except of CT,there are significant differences on all observed indexes between two groups after the treatment. Conclusion:The ErXian AnGeng decoction has extremely precise therapeutical effect on asthenia of the kidney on yin and yang of PMS.And the mechanism might be related to improve the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis,regulate nerve system, improve metabolism of bone , regulate the immune function,etc. The study achievements provide new thoughtways and methods.
