Objective: To investigate the changes of mild cognitive dysfunction in patients withEEG at different time, abstract the main anomaly index. Comparison of mild cognitivedysfunction in patients with correlation between EEG and MMSE scale.To provide basisfor early diagnosis, prevention of cognitive impairment. Methods:30patients with mildcognitive impairment and normal elderly people as the case group and control grouprespectively, MMSE testing and24hours of EEG monitoring. Choose three different hourEEG at Zishi,Wushi and Youshi, using SPSS19.0inputting data and statistical analysis.Results:1, The case group and the control group in the Bilateral parieto-occipital α powerdifference was statistically significant (p <0.05).Statistically significant brain all θ and δpower difference (p <0.05).2, Both cases and controls the Bilateral parieto-occipital αpower difference was statistically significant in Yinshi (p <0.05).Statistically significantbrain all θ and δ power difference (p <0.05).3,The case group and the control group hadstatistical significance in the sleep stage2spindles in zishi, frequency and densitydifference (p <0.05)4,Both cases and controls the Bilateral parietooccipital α powerdifference was statistically significant in Youshi,Chenshi,Shenshiandwushi.(p<0.05).Statistically significant brain all θ and δ power difference (p <0.05).5,Cases in Youshi,Chenshi,Shenshi and wushi between the two groups was not statisticallysignificant alpha power (p>0.05).6,There was statistical significance in MMSE scoreand the scores and EEG group θ and δ waves or α wave correlation (p<0.05).Conclusion:1,Different hour alpha power, theta and delta wave power and midnightsleep stage2spindles density, time and frequency can be used as a reference index for thediagnosis of mild cognitive impairment.2, Yinshi alpha power drop can indicate earlycognitive dysfunction3. The difference between different hour EEG in mild cognitive impairment during wakefulness, noon, Chen Shi Shen and Shi’s reference significance;4.Mild cognitive impairment and MMSE time orientation memory and EEG alpha, theta anddelta waves there is a correlation between the absolute power.
