BackgroundKnee osteoarthritis knee joint cartilage degeneration is due to various reasons causedby hyperosteogeny, triggering a series of clinical symptoms of the disease. The incidence of this disease is at the beginning of disease symptomsare relatively light, gradually aggravate, pain for paroxysmal pain, prolong the paingradually persistent pain at night and tired after the increase with increase in time,especially in the down stairs pain significantly, accompanied by knee joint activitylimitation, limp, fricative, joint swelling elastic ring, joint deformity, serious person canappear locked joint and joint effusion phenomenon, seriously affected the daily work andlife. At present mainly in the conservative treatment and operation treatment, conservativetreatment effect is very little, the majority of patients with artificial knee joint replacementoperation to solve the problem, but the injury caused by the operation will give patientsbring many adverse effects, especially for young patients with a greater blow.so to find areliable method of conservative treatment. Slow progression to reduce operation hasbecome a hotspot in. Fascia therapy for osteoarthritis of the knee is the guiding theorysystem in traditional Chinese fascia, combined with modern medicine to recognize thetissues around the knee, the knee support system (connective tissue fascia bracket) reservesystem, function system (a new function of adipose derived stem cells as the core, in thethe nervous system and the immune system in the presence), functional organ damage orexcessive metabolism can by chemotactic mobilization fascia reserves of fat derived stemcell proliferation, differentiation, to supplement to repair, knee osteoarthritis treatmentaims to improve the function of knee joint, relieve pain, delay the degeneration of cartilage, to avoid or reduce deformity of [7], so we use the fascia therapy has good effect.The purpose of the study1, to explore the application significance of fascia comprehensive therapy inosteoarthritis of the knee.2, to explore the application of comprehensive therapy in fascia of knee osteoarthritisof knee joint function influence.3, to explore the incidence of application of fascia comprehensive therapy inosteoarthritis of the knee after the operation and adverse events.Research methods1, for150cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were fascia of comprehensivetherapy, sodium hyaluronate injected into articular cavity in the treatment of150cases ofpatients with knee osteoarthritis.2, the detection and treatment of patients in the two groups during the period (beforetreatment,15d,30d,45d) activities, changes in pain index level.3, the detection and treatment of patients in the two groups during the period (beforetreatment,15d,30d,45d) C-reaction protein level changes of erythrocyte sedimentationrate.4, the two groups were compared after the treatment period clinical evaluation of1years of index.5, the two groups were compared after1years operation rate and the incidence ofadverse events.6, the application of SPSS13.0software for statistical analysis, measurement data withthe mean standard deviation (X±s), using t test, count data using X2test, P<0.05were for patients data was analyzed.Conclusion1, two groups of patients during treatment (before treatment,15d,30d,45d) activities,pain index level (t=5.23,5.56, P<0.05, with significant difference).2, two groups of patients during treatment (before treatment,15d,30d,45d)erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein levels (t=5.22C-,4.78, P<0.05,with significant difference).3, patients in the two groups after the treatment period effect and image1years ofassessment (X2=6.23,6.12,5.44,6.11,8.21, P<0.05, with significant difference).4, two groups of patients1years after operation rate and incidence of adverse events was compared (X2=4.23,4.56,4.65, P<0.05, with significant difference).By physical stimulation,fascia comprehensive therapy produced the biological effectsincluding inhibition of damage factor; alleviate adhesion, lubricating joint and restoreelasticity of muscle,alleviate the symptoms. This method can also improve the periarticularsoft tissue blood supply, increase the secretion of cartilage, synovial fluid of nutrition, easejoint pain, reduce the level of C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,canimprove the function of joint, delay the progression of the disease, reduceoperationintervention rate, and can reduce the risk of treatment, reduce adverse reaction.
