Objective:To observe the TongKang piece clinical efficacy for acute child recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) in syndrome of qi deficiency of the lung and spleenMethods:To divide the105cases of RRTI in syndrome of qi deficiency of the lung and spleen into two groups randomly,55cases are in control group, only to treat with simulation medicine of TongKang piece in the dormant period;50cases are in treatment group, only to treat with TongKang piece in the dormant period. If anyone appears respiratory infection in treatment period, stops the treatment until the people recover and the course of the illness surpasses10days. Makes a follow-up visiting for a year, then to observe the indicators of patients’syndrome scores, the times of respiratory infection,etc.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group is82%, control group55%, the difference has statistical significance; before and after the treatment, illness scores, times of respiratory infection in both the treatment group and control group have been improved, however, the treatment group improves more distinctly than the control group, which has statistical significance.Conclusion:Tong Kang piece is made of Shanyao,Chenpi,Muli,which is on the basis of yupingfeng powder.It has the effectiveness of tonifying the lung-solid table, and invigorating the function of the spleen and stomach,which can improve the physical fitness of children and enhance their immunity. TongKang has the better clinical curative effect on acute child recurrent respiratory tract infection in syndrome of qi deficiency of the lung and spleen,which performed body virtual and hyperhidrosis,suffering from cold, burnout weak and appetite weak,can significantly reduce the number of attacks in children with respiratory tract infections, to reduced in children with clinical symptoms and promote normal growth in children with developmental.
