The Study Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Prescription"Yishenqingxin Decoction" In Treating Depression

Objective: This study was to study the therapeutic effect of prescription"Yihenqingxin Decoction" for the heart-kidney imbalance type depression and to exploreits possible mechanism.Methods:60cases of patients who were diagnosed with the heart-kidney imbalancetype depression in the Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital wererandomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine controlgroup, each group30cases. And the control group with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)"Yishenqingxin Decoction " treatment, control group to "fluoxetine" treatment.Both were treated for6weeks and observed the TCM symptom score, HAMD scores,Social function score of treatment group and control group before and after treatment. Allthe scores of two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed by usingSPSS17.0to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups. TESS scale were used to assessthe side effects of the two groups.Results：Through statistical analysis, the conclusion is as follows:1."YishenqingxinDecoction" in improving HAMD score has significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05)；And "Yishenqingxin Decoction" treatment group in improving the HAMD scoresof depression has no significant difference compared with in the control group (P>0.05)，2."Yishenqingxin Decoction" in improving TCM symptoms, has significant differencebefore and after treatment (P<0.05)；And "Yishenqingxin Decoction" treatment group inimproving the Chinese medicine symptoms of depression is obviously better than"fluoxetine " treatment group in control group (P<0.05), has significant difference beforeand after treatment (P<0.05);3."Yishenqingxin Decoction" in improving and socialfunction integral, has significant difference before and after treatment ((P<0.05).And"Yishenqingxin Decoction" treatment group in improving social function has significant difference compared with " fluoxetine " treatment group in the control group (P<0.05).4."Yishenqingxin Decoction treatment group has no obvious adverse reaction, with highsecurity, and " fluoxetine " treatment group has some adverse reaction.Conclusion: In improving the symptoms of patients’ depression, clinical effect of"Yishenqingxin Decoction" is better than that of " fluoxetine " treatment group and withhigh safety, no obvious side effects.
