The Clinical Study On The Effect Of YiShenQingXin Decoction In Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome Of Incoordination Of Heart And Kidney

Objectives:To observe the therapeutical effect of YiShenQingXin Decoction(YSQXD) which is from my tutor's experience on patients who are with PMS of incoordination of heart and kidney and have main clinical symptoms as upset restless and manic disturbance disturbed.To study on improvement of symptom and the change of sex hormone levels(E2, FSH, LH)and monoamine neurotransmitter(DA, 5-HT, NE), and to explore the mechanism.Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group which has 30 cases is treated with YSQXD, and the control group which has 30 cases is treated with kuntai capsule.4 weeks as a course,2courses totally.To observe the differences between two groups after treatment.To observe the two groups with clinical symptoms score, E2, FSH, LHand changes of DA,5-HT, NEbefore and after the treatment.Result:1.clinical therapeutical effect: Treatment group:1 case were cured,6 cases had marked effect,20 cases were effective; the total cure rate was 96.7%;Control group:lcasewere cured,2 case had marked effect, and 17cases were effective,10 cases without effect, the total cure rate was 66.7%.By rank sum test, there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.01). the therapeutical effect of treatment is better than that of control group.2.comparison of symptom score:The symptom score decreased significantly after treatment, by t test, there were significant differences(P<0.01). the difference of treatment is greater than that of control group, which means the therapuetical effect is better than that of control group.3.comparison of main symptom:the upset restless and manic disturbance disturbed were improved in both groups, and the improvement of treatment group is better than that of control group.4.Comparison of sex hormone:In both of the groups, the level of E2 increased and the level of LH, FSH decreased after treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.01).The elevating of E2 level in treatment group is better than control group.there were significant differences.(P<0.01).The decreasing of LH, FSH level in treatment group is also better than control group.there were differences.(P<0.05).5.Comparison of monoamine neurotransmitter (DA,5-HT, NE):In both of the groups, the level of 5-HT increased and the level of DA, NE decreased after treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.01).The elevating of 5-HT level in treatment group is better than control group.there were significant differences.(P<0.01). The decreasing of DA, NE level in treatment group is also better than control group.there were differences.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The YiShenQingXin Decoction has extremely precise therapeutical effect on incoordination of heart and kidney of PMS.It can significantly improve perimenopausal symptoms upset restles, manic disturbance disturbed and insomnia, and has tremely precise therapeutical effect on other symptoms of PMS.To some extent, It also can increase E2, and decrease the level of FSH and LH, and it has a certain regulatory role in elevating the level of 5-HT, and decrease the level of DA and NE. Therefore,YSQXD is an effective method in improving perimenopausal syndrome and regulating endocrine system and autonomic nerve.
