| Objective: Based on the summary of previous clinical work and Aiming at the main pathogenesis of insomnia of heart and kidney,we can Take the acupuncture of seeking Yang in Kan method In order to promote the application.Methods: The 40 patients were divided into two groups with 20 patients in each group:treatment group seeking Yang in Kan and control group,Umbilical moxibustion teamtment with medicine.Treatment group prescription: zhi Yin、fuliu、 taixi、zhongfeng、shenmen、wangu;Umbilical moxibustion teamtment is made up with jiao tai wan and liu wei di huang wan. By making the statistics of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) scale,we can compare the two groups before and after treatment on sleeping quality.Results:1. Compared before and after the acupuncture treatment group,there were significant differences in the observation index scores of PSQI(P<0.05).2. Compared before and after the control group,there were significant differences on Sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction and the total score(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,the two groups were significantly different on sleep quality time to fall asleep sleep time sleep efficiency(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1. Seeking Yang in Kan Accupunturing method can improve the clinical symptom of insomnia unbalanced between Heart-yang and kidney-yin.2. Umbilical moxibustion teamtment with medicine have a certain effect for insom-nia and can increase the energy of the day.3.There were significantly differences between treatment group and control group,wich show that acupuncture treatment group was superior. |
