| Objective: According to the observation of the influences to the clinical efficacy by applying Jiaotongxinshen tuina method to treat imbalance between heart-yang and kidney-yin tpye of insomnia, this paper discusses the clinical mechanism to treat insomnia with this method, to seek new ideas to treat insomnia with tuina method.Method: 60 insomnia Patients who meet the dignostic criteria in"China's psychiatric classification and diagnosis standard (CCMD - 2 - R)" and the TCM criteria for imbalance between heart yang and kidney yin type of insomnia ,were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in the treatment group,and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given Jiaotongxinshen tuina method,and the control group took estazolam. Observe the PSQI scores and symptom assessing scores before and after the treatment ,and compare the side effects after the treatment.Result: By statistical analysis, the total effectiveness of the treatment group is 86.67%, and the total effectiveness of the control group is 83.33%, there are no significant differences (P > 0.05), indicating that Jiaotongxinshen tuina method and taking estazolam have similar efficacy on treating insomnia of imbalance between heart-yang and kidney yin type. On improving PSQI scores ,the treatment group is superior to the control group (P < 0.05); on improving the TCM symptoms ,the treatment group is much better than the control group (P < 0.01). the adverse reactions in treatment group is less than that of the control group. Conclusion: Jiaotongxinshen tuina method can restore normal coordination between heart and kidney, nourish yin and soothe the nerves, it has good effect on the insomnia patients of imbalance between heart-yang and kidney-yin type, it can significantly improve the tcm symptoms for patients,comparing with taking estazolam,it has less adverse reactions.and is a kind of natural and healthy treatment method. |
