Hospital Survey And Operation In Patients With Hemorrhoids Diet And Etiology Study On Emotional Intervention

Objective:Clinical observation on the effect of factors on the patients with diseasehemorrhoids hospital and postoperative diet and emotional intervention effect.Methods:A selection of compliance with the inclusion criteria of150patients wererespectively, questionnaire, and then collate summary. On the other hand selected60hemorrhoids patients hospitalized for mixed hemorrhoids external resection and internalligation of the cases, which were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in thetreatment group, diet and emotional intervention after operation,30cases in the controlgroup, postoperative without diet and emotional intervention. The two groups were7daysfor a course of treatment, observation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The clinical study showed that, in terms of hemorrhoids patients hospitalizedquestionnaire survey, with age, the relationship of hemorrhoids bowel habits and geneticfactors, diet more closely. Diet treatment group showed emotional intervention, nosignificant difference in postoperative24h and7d in the two groups in the improvement inpain, a margin of edema, defecate time and stool frequency (P>0.05), postoperative3Dand5D in the intervention group improved pain, defecate time and stool frequency hadsignificant difference (P <0.05) after3D intervention group, there was significantdifference in improving wound edema (P <0.05).Conclusions:Hospital of hemorrhoids patients age, genetic influence, diet, bowelhabit, occupation less influence. And through the diet emotional intervention in patientsafter operation can improve the patients’ diet, advocate a healthy diet, relieve the imperialtension, improve understanding of the disease, in order to prevent and reduce thepostoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids, constipation or diarrhea, a margin of edema and other symptoms, play a significant effect in prevention and treatment of postoperativecomplications of mixed hemorrhoids, is worth the clinical promotion.
