Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cold-damp Obstruction Type Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Duhuojisheng Decoction Combine With Needle-embedding

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of cold-and-resistance type knee osteoarthritis by using Duhuosheng Decoction combined with acupuncture and observe its clinical efficacy on knee osteoarthritis and explore its curative effect mechanism.Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed with cold-and-stagnation type knee osteoarthritis at the outpatient department of SuZhouMingJi Hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with TCM Shenghuosheng Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment,and the control group was given a single treatment.Acupuncture treatment,the two groups were taken Ashi points,blowing nose,inner knee eyes,blood sea,Liangqiu,Yanglingquan,Zusanli,crane top operation method:the patient supine position,knee joint extension of the affected side Straight,firmly sterilize the skin of the patient's burr with an iodophor swab,and perform acupuncture after disinfecting the lift pin and forceps.Hold the needle ring with tweezers and pierce the needle tip at the acupuncture point to make the ring needle handle.Leave it flat on the skin and fix it with a tape.Lift the needle once every 3 days and take 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Solitary parasitic soup drug composition:(Alive 10g,Lanzao 12g,Eucommia 15g,Achyranthes 10g,Asarum 3g,Gentiana lOg,Poria 10g,cinnamon 6g,windproof 10g,Chuanxiong 10g,Codonopsis 15g,Zhigancao 5g,Angelica lOg,Angelica 15g,Astragalus 15g),decoction juice 300 ml minutes morning and evening twice warm clothes,1,Addition and subtraction of the agent/indicator:the cold pathogens are overweight,add aconite 3G,ginger 6 grams;wet evil Sheng,go dry yellow,add fried barley 30G,herb 15G,oral 4 weeks for a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment for a total of 8 weeks,observe the clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients,and record the safety index and the shedding of the arthritis index of both patients.Using the simplified Mcgill pain score table,the Canadian WOMAC knee degenerative joints.Inflammatory symptoms and limb function assessment index(WOMAC of OA),Lequesne-Mery knee osteoarthritis osteoarthritis scoring system,and knee Lysholm knee function score scale were evaluated.Statistical software was used to compare the results.Results:1.There were no significant differences in PRI,VAS,and PPI scores in the simple McGill scale between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the patients in the treatment group had both PRI,VAS,and PPI index scores.Better than the control group(p<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the scores of simple WOMAC scale between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of the WOMAC scale index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.The Lequesne-Mary Scale scores of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement score of the Lequesne-Mary Scale was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05)..4.There was no significant difference in the Lysholm knee function score scale scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Lysholm knee function score scale were improved in the treatment group.Better than the control group(p<0.05).5.Comparison of the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,including 18 in the treatment group,6 in effective,3 in effective,and 3 ineffective.In the control group,9 were cured,6.markedly effective,7 effective,and 6 ineffective.After the reference unit test,T =-2.424,p = 0.02(p<0.05),indicating that the overall clinical symptoms and overall clinical efficacy of the treated group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The combination of Duhuosheng Decoction and warm acupuncture moxibustion in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis and cold dampness stasis syndrome has good curative effect and can significantly improve the simple McGill,WOMAC,Lequesne-Mary arthritis index score and Lysholm knee function score.The effect of a single use of lifting the needle treatment,the overall clinical efficacy is also better than a single lifting needle treatment,with statistical significance(p<0.05),for the long-term treatment of knee osteoarthritis and the fundamental improvement of the disease is still valid need to further the study.
