Nalservation On The Relataysis And Obionship Of The Hemorrhoids And Pathological Diagnosis

Objective: Through the mixed hemorrhoid resection, the intraoperative hemorrhoidspecimens were sent for routine pathological examination, pathologic results wereobservation and analysis, and to observe and analyze the correlation between pathologicaldiagnosis and hemorrhoids.Methods: This object is the mixed hemorrhoid patients of meet the operationindications and the inclusion criteria were adopted the Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy,and during the operation，the mixed hemorrhoids、the internal hemorrhoids or the externalhemorrhoids specimens were randomly resected, then sent to examination of pathologyand obtained the routine pathological diagnosis. After using blind method, analyzed thepathological sections and image again and to draw a new pathology report, Compared withthe primary pathological diagnosis, the mixed hemorrhoids、the internal hemorrhoids orexternal hemorrhoids clinical symptom and pathological diagnosis of correlation can bedrawn.Results: the observation on the comparison between the groups and the integral ofpathology, the observation on comparison on the type of TCM syndromes and hemorrhoidspathological the degree of inflammation infiltration and the number of inflammatory cellinfiltration and the mucosal inflammation degree and congestion of vessel and interstitialedema degree integral values，through the F test, there were no statistical differences.Conclusion: Although the gold standard does not belong to the pathological diagnosisfor clinical differential the mixed hemorrhoids、the internal hemorrhoids or the externalhemorrhoids, but it still has important significance. With the detailed clinical pathologicaldiagnosis, it can contributes to more accurate understanding of disease. Hence thedescription result of pathological diagnosis should be further improve and perfect itsaccuracy and reliability.
