Clinical Studies Of Invigorating Spleen Metabolism Decoction To The Incipient Type 2 Diabetes With Spleen Of Damp-heat, Phlegm And Qi Stagnation

Objective:Through clinical research, observe the curative effect of invigorating spleen metabolism decoction in treating The Incipient Type 2 Diabetes with spleen of Damp-heat, phlegm and qi stagnation, and expound mechanism about the method of Invigorating spleen opening stagnation dissolving turbidity on Type 2 diabetes, which provide useful clues to clinical treatment.Methods:Clinical observation: will be included in the standard of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. In the two groups were given diet, exercise, such as hypoglycemic western medicine treatment, the experimental group used spleen metabolism decoction, water frying, a dose of points 2 times. After 8 weeks, observing two groups before and after treatment in patients with TCM symptom score, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours after a meal blood glucose, glycated haemoglobin, fasting insulin, blood lipid levels and other changes.Result: By statistics analysis, experimental group TCM effect total effective rate for 90%, control group TCM effect total effective rate for 76%, experimental group of TCM symptoms and signs compared with the control group was significant(P<0.05); experimental group TCM symptoms points obviously improved, and control group compared to more has differences(P<0.05); The level of FPG, 2hPG, HbA1 c, fasting insulin, blood lipid levels was statistically decreased, which was statistically different compared with those of the control group(P<0.05);There were no side effects discovered in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion: This study verified clinical curative effect on using the method of Invigorating spleen opening stagnation dissolving turbidity treatment incipient type 2 diabetes with damp-heat of spleen, which laid a theoretical and practical basis for the further research in the future.
