Ulcerative Colitis (Spleen Deficiency Type) Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Stains Collapse

Purpose: Randomized controlled clinical trial methods,clear stains collapse of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of spleen deficiency type chronic ulcerative colitis efficacy efficacy,safety,the formation of the application specifications and guidelines.The clinical treatment technology will have a significant Chinese characteristics,more effective will be widely used for Chinese medicine for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and standardized treatment program.Method: Case Selection 72 cases were from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Anorectal divided into group A and group B(random number table randomized),A group that is the treatment group of 36 patients,group B including control group of 36 patients.The experimental group were treated with oral medicine "Shishenwan(Zhunzi Z13020656,Beijing Tongrentang natural medicine(Tangshan)Co.,Ltd.)" adjuvant treatment with traditional Chinese medicine stains collapse;the control group were treated with "Tongrentang" production "Shishenwan(Medicines quasi-word Z13020656,Beijing Tongrentang natural medicine(Tangshan)Co.,Ltd.)" 9g 2 times a day oral treatment.Two groups of patients with appropriate treatment,while each one course of treatment;medication were observed and recorded 0 days,7 days,14 days,21 days,28 days,two groups of patients improvement of symptoms.All indexes above are with reference to grading standard.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two drugs and symptom scores before and after treatment,and for statistical analysis.Result: After 4 weeks of treatment in the control group,no drop-outs and adverse events,of which recovered 1(2.78%),9 cases(25.00%),effective in 18 cases(50.00%),8 cases(22.22%);Experiment group after 4 weeks of treatment,no drop-outs and adverse events,of which 4 cases were cured(11.11%),17 cases(47.22%),effective in 13 cases(36.11%),2 cases(5.56%).Conclusion: The total experimental group was significantly higher,the collapse of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic ulcerative colitis stains(spleen deficiency type)is effective and safe,clinically feasible,it is worthy of an adjuvant therapy spleen and kidney yang of Chinese medicine means chronic ulcerative colitis.
