Clinical Research On Efficiency Of Tongjing Sanjie Method To Treat Ru Pi(Stagnation Of Liver-qi Type)

Purpose: To observe the treatment effect of Tongjing Sanjie method on Ru Pi(stagnation of liver-qi type),to explore its clinical application value.Method:The clinical research all enrolled patients were selected from January,2014 to December,2015,that treated in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine massage department in clinic and a total of 59 cases of hospitalized patients diagnosed as Ru Pi(stagnation of liver-qi type).Tongjing powder massage method of the specific methods of operation:(1)Pushed three yin channels of hand;(2)Taking up and rubbing of the pectoralis major muscle;(3)Dough abdomen;(4)Stimulating governor meridian and urinary bladder meridian.Compare symptom score changes of breast pain,hardness,size,scope and the body,through the breast color Doppler ultrasound and infrared imaging technology to determine the patient's recovery.Result: After treatment,all patients with breast pain,breast lumps,range,size and systemic hardness accompanying symptom scores were significantly better than that of before treatment(P < 0.05),the difference is statistically significant;according to the analysis of infrared scanning technology,gray breast tissue 0 of the 6 cases,38 cases of grade I,13 cases of grade II,grade 2,improved significantly better than before treatment(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant;29 cases of vascular type A type,B type in 30 cases,improved significantly better than before treatment(P < 0.05),difference The difference has statistical significance.The Pearson correlation analysis,to explore the correlation between color Doppler ultrasound and infrared scanning results and climate change,the results show: breast pain,breast lumps hardness,range,size,patients mood changes,the two threatened fullness was correlation(P < 0.05),but with abnormal menstruation and Yaoxisuanruan symptoms no significant correlation.Conclusion: Tongjing Sanjie treatment can effectively relieve breast pain,irritability,chest pain and other symptoms,breast tumor size than those in the treatment group decreased obviously,the infrared scanning analysis of breast tissue and vascular points have a good recovery.Tongjing Sanjie clinical application of simple operation,no adverse events,is a safe and effective Rupi treatment,is helpful to improve the compliance of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
