ObjectiveStudy on urine lead level in middle school students in Jinzhou city and the effect factors to prevent the urine lead overproof in the body of middle school students.MethodsThe study adopted random, stratified and cluster sampling.To choose three classes in the every three grades in every middle school of Jinzhou’s urban and suburb. The questionnaire is the health survey of the teenagers, which is based on the combination of the actual situation and the actual situation.Urine lead was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Datum were analysed by SPSS19.0 software.Results1 A total of 984 middle school students were investigated, the urine lead exceed the standard of 44, accounting for 4.47% of the total lead content in urine, a median is 43.027μg/L, four spacing is 32.48μg/L. The survey of 524 people, exceed the standard 26, accounting for the total number of 4.96%, the median is 45.043μg/L, four bit length is 33.720μg/L; the outskirts of 460 people, 18 people of lead exceed the standard, the total number of suburban 3.91%, for a median of 41.849μg/L, four bit length is 31.766μg/L; The boys in the survey are 538 people, 23 people of lead exceed the standard, accounting for 4.28%, the median is 38.170μg/L, four bit length is 32.995μg/L; 446 females, lead exceed the standard 21, accounting for 4.71%, the median is 46.440μg/L, four bit length is 31.811μg/L.2 The urine lead content in different district and gender all showed the statistically no difference.3 There was statistical significance in comparison of lead content in urine of different age groups, and no statistically significant comparison of lead content in urine in different age groups.4 The single factor analysis showed that parents’ education level,the house near main road or the factory about urine, house decoration,dependents’ smoking,often eat preserved eggs,puffed, broiled or westen fast food are the risk factors for the urine lead in the body of middle school students. The younger,often eat fruit and milk, often nails and outdoors in less time everyday are the protect factors.5 The multiariable logistic regression analysis results showed that the low degree of mother culture, building decoration, raising people smoking, often eat preserved egg, puffed food, o barbecue food, western fast food and preserved egg were the risk factors of middle school students’ urine lead levels. but often eat fruit, drink milk, every day spent a short time in the outdoor are the protection factors influencing middle school students’ urine lead levels.ConclusionThere are several factors that affect middle school students’ urine lead levels, family factors, students’ own factors, environmental factors, regional factors play a key role in it. Family and school should take effective measures for its influence factors, guarantee the healthy growth of the middle school students.
