Objective: Adolescent addictive drug abuse has become a worldwide problem,and prevention of adolescent drug addiction has far-reaching implications for the healthy growth of adolescents and the development of the whole country.Adolescent addictive drug abuse seriously endangers its physical and mental health,affecting the healthy growth of young people,and even lead to a series of violent crimes and other issues,bring a heavy burden to the family and society.Prevention of adolescent addictive drug abuse behavior,to promote its access to good health education effect,not only to understand the knowledge,change the behavior of the process,but also to understand the impact of such behavior changes in the factors.This study explores the influencing factors of the tendency of addictive drug abuse in the middle school students of the most basic part of the adolescents.In view of the survey results,this study puts forward the specific measures to prevent the middle school students' Addiction drug abuse intervention work can provide reference experience,at the same time,for the government to improve the relevant laws and regulations,to provide practical reference significance.Methods: 1.Questionnaire survey Through the literature research and find relevant information,the abuse of drug addiction among middle school students is affected combination of multiple risk factors.Including the related knowledge,cognitive basis,self-judgment control,Peer factors and family factors,the six factors and tendencies as a factor to the literature,for each factor set 3-5 questions,constitute the tendency of middle school students addiction drug abuse Sexual Factors Questionnaire.Implementing a pre-survey,collect the questionnaire data for the reliability and validity of the test,modify the questionnaire,build the formal questionnaire.Developing formal investigation,select six municipal districts of Guangzhou City,including Liwan District,Haizhu District,Baiyun District,Tianhe District,Huangpu District and Panyu District,each district randomly selected 1-2 public and the same level of teaching quality ordinary high school,Using the interception method on the junior one and two,and grade 1 and grade 2 high school sophomore students to develop addiction drug abuse tendency influencing factors on-site questionnaire survey.A total of 420 questionnaires are collected in junior school,420 questionnaires are collected and 394 questionnaires are valid,the effective rate is 93.8%.There are altogether 450 questionnaires in high school,433 valid questionnaires,the effective rate is 96.2%.Analysis data and get the result of the influencing factors.2.Statistical methods The influence of demographic factors on the abuse tendency of middle school students' addictive drugs was explored by t test and variance analysis.Analyzing the difference between junior school students and high school students in the six factors knowledge,cognitive basis,self-judgment control,outlook on life,family influence and peer influence by the descriptive statistical methods.The structural equation model is established by using AMOS21.0.The model is evaluated by the absolute fitting index,the relative fitting index and the simple fitting index,fitting the model.To analysis the related knowledge,cognitive basis,self-judgment control,outlook on life values,family influence and peer influencing factors on the tendency of drug addiction among junior school students and high school students.Statistical analysis of the test level set to ? = 0.05,P <0.05 data show that there are significant differences.Results: Through the analysis of the effective questionnaire data about demographic characteristics of the "middle school students for the purpose of non-medical treatment of addictive drugs" to take the attitude of the tendency to reflect the independent sample t test sex,age factors on the tendency of addiction drug abuse,Girls score higher than boys,high school students score higher than junior high school students;There is no significant difference between the one-child and the non-only child's tendency,but the overall tendency showed that the only child was superior to the non-only child.Single factor analysis of variance showed that there were significants difference in the abuse tendency of middle school students' addiction Parents occupation and Residence.The father occupation for medical staff,farmers,workers,students showed abuse of addictive drug tendencies positive,got low scores;mother's occupation for the individual owner,farmers,medical staff,the abuse of tendencies of middle school students positive,score is low.When the residence is the county seat,the score is the lowest,3.65 points,the residence for the city,the score is highest,4.08 points.There was no significant difference in the tendency of parenting,but when parents were raised together,the score was Highest 4.02 points,students who had raised the grandparents or other relatives got the lowest score of 3.82,3.75.Using descriptive statistics to analyze the difference between junior school students and senior school students for the 6 influencing factors,Knowledge of addictive drugs score junior school students(2.645)and high school students(2.832)were lower than the average level.The cognitive level of junior middle school students(3.035)was at the general level,and the cognitive level of high school students(3.250)was higher than the average level;self-judgment control factor scores junior school students(4.070)and high school students(4.247)were higher than the better level;the outlook on life values about addictive drugs reflected junior school students(4.407)and high school students(4.583)scores higher than self-judgment control factor scores;Family impact factors scores Junior school students(4.117)and high school students(4.147)were also higher than the better level;while peer influencing factors overall score junior school students(3.187)and high school students(3.177)were only higher than the general level.The results of structural equation model analysis show that the three paths of self-judgment control,outlook on life and family factors have a significant effect on the abuse tendency of high school students' addiction;The two paths of self-judgment control,family factors,have a significant effect on the abuse tendency of addictive drugs for junior school students.Conclusion: Middle school students addiction drug abuse tendency of the larger cases are: boys,junior school students,parents for medical personnel,farmers,residence in the county.6 factors overall score junior school students lower than high school students,suggesting that we develop addiction drug abuse prevention education in the secondary school earlier,the most likely adolescent addiction drug abuse play an effective preventive role.To carry out secondary school students addiction drug abuse prevention education,based on the retention of fear education,the appropriate increase in addiction mechanism and the mechanism of harm analysis of education,middle school students have a comprehensive understanding of addictive drugs,preventive education effect is more significant;It is very effective to prevent the abuse of addictive drugs by improving the ability of middle school students to regulate emotions and stress,establish self-confidence and improve their enthusiasm.Focus on strengthening the negative evaluation of the consequences of addictive drug abuse,to ensure that the correct attitude of middle school students on addictive drugs to eliminate the positive evaluation of addictive drugs,high school students need to pay special attention to the correct concept of addiction drugs;Joint family to carry out preventive education effect is more significant,it is particularly important to carry out preventive education in junior school students;To master the skills of dealing with peer relationships,to learn effective communication strategies,to improve the resistance of middle school students,and it is particularly important for high school students.Developing addiction drug abuse prevention education to secondary school students,should be combined with a variety of measures to implement.
