The Clinical Observation Of Qingzhongtang Modified In The Treatment Of Chronic Erosive Gastritis(Syndrome Of Damp-heat Blocking Middle Jiao)

Purpose:The topic for the observation of Qingzhongtang modified treatment of chronic erosive gastritis(syndrome of damp-heat blocking middle jiao) clinical efficacy,and compared with the Sanjiuweitai granules,objective evaluation of the efficacy and safety of Qingzhongtang modified.Method:60 cases of chronic erosive gastritis(syndrome of damp-heat blocking middle jiao) patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Qingzhongtang modified,the control group was given Sanjiuweitai granules.2 groups were treated for 4 weeks,two groups of symptoms,signs integral,integral, gastroscope were recorded before and after treatment,and the observation indexes were statistically analyzed.Result:Comparison of syndrome curative effect,the total effective rate of treatment group 93.33% and control group 76.67%,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Comparison of the main symptoms,in the bitter taste in the mouth, there is a very significant difference(P < 0.01);dry in the abdominal fullness and pain,body weight,drowsiness,nausea,there was significant difference(P<0.05);in anorexia and short yellow urine, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The TCM symptoms total score,two groups and between groups were compared,there were significant differences(P<0.01).Comparison of endoscopic treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group 86.67% and control group 70%,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The two groups during the course of the trial,were not found adverse reactions.Conclusion:Qingzhongtang modified Treatment of chronic erosive gastritis(syndrome of damp-heat blocking middle jiao),could improve clinical symptoms,Promote the repair of gastric mucosal erosion,curative effect is better than that of Sanjiuweitai granules,good safety.
