Clinical Study On Treating Abdominal Postoperative Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Pattern With Self Side Regulating Qi And Dredging Fu Organ

Purpose:the purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy on adhesive intestinal obstruction(AIO)(qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern) by comparing the Regulating Qi and dredging Fu organ decoction with conventional western medicine therapy and systematically to explore the mechanism of Regulating and dredging Fu organ decoction.Methods:Our department of patients treated cases of AIO(qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern) in 60 cases. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, each group has 30 cases. One treated with conventional western medicine therapy was the control group, the other one was called the study group, which the Regulating Qi and dredging Fu Organ decoction was administered by gastric tube on the basis of the control group therapy. By observing the recorded data, to investigate the effect of Chinese herbs combined with western conventional treatment of this disease. The data included two groups of patients for the first time of anal exhaust, the remissions of stomachache and abdominal distension and the recovery of the bowel sound.Results:After the treatment for the two groups of patients, in contrast with the control group, the recovering time of the abdominal symptoms, the bowel sounds and the anal for the first time the exhaust of the patients in study group had advanced. The control group of patients recovered in 9 cases, effective in 11 cases, ineffective in lOcases, the total effective rate was 66.7%. The study group of patients recovered in 13cases, effective in 12cases, ineffective in 5 case, the total effective rate was 83.3%. The contrast of the two groups had the significant differences, that is comparable. So the treament of the study group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:By contrast with the conventional western medicine therapy, self-made Regulating Qi and dredging Fu organ decoction have a good treatment effect on curing AIO(qi stogration and blood stasis pattern). Integrative medicine on the treatment of AIO have a significant effect and worthy of further promotion and in clinical research.
