| Objectives:Project:Through comparing and analyzing skin lesion form and area?pruritus and related syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in children before and after treatment,evaluate the clinical curative effect of infant acute eczema under the treatment of lingyu eczema external party.On the basis of observing the efficacy,study the possible factors that affect curative effect,and preliminary study possibol potential related factors according the results,provide the basis for the disease prevention and home care.Method:72 cases of child patients who come from pediatric outpatient department of Wangjing hospitol and accord with the Chinese and western medicine diagnostic criteria of acute infantile eczema were inclued into the study.Treat with the eczema external use,after one course of treatment,to evaluate the clinical effect of children.Take the dichotomy rusult as dependent variable.Group the possible factors(such as age?course?season?see add situation,whether to add probiotics,history of allergies to personal and family heritage history situation,family education,etc)that affect curative effect,do the binary class logistics model analysis,and find out the potential relationship between factors and curative effect.Results:1.General data resultsA total of 38 cases of children with the onset of age within one year of age,accounting for 55.2%of the observed number.The proportion of 1-2 years old and 2 to 3 years old children number is 22.2%and 25.1%of total number respectively;There were children with allergy accounted for 54.2%,food allergen is given priority among them.Have family history of allergy accounted for 47.2%.2.Results of the clinical curative effectAfter one course of treatment,the results include recovery of children for 24 cases,excellent for 19 cases of children improvement for 22 cases of children,children with invalid for 7 cases,recovery?excellent and improvement of children were inclued into the clinical effective category,a total of 65 cases,accounting for 90.3%of the proportion of the total.3.Effect of related factorsIn the study of effect of related factors of the 13 factors,children with gender,age,season,history of allergies,genetic,P values were greater than 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.seven factors were accessed to regression model,in the aspect of skin lesion,assist food add situation,care,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Children with acute eczema between 0 and 1 year old were in high incidence,and closely related with personal history of allergies,especially food allergies are closely,and close to family genetic history of allergies,children who have a family history of allergy especially should pay attention to guard against.2.The lingyu eczema topical treatment of infantile eczema has good clinical effect,can significantly improve children with skin damage(size and shape)and itching,good security,worth clinical promotion.3.The bigger the skin area was and the heavier the degree of skin lesion was before sick,the more unconspicuous the effect.therefore,for children with severe lesion,should be early intervened,improve the level of care and strengthen family education.As consisting of speed and variety of assisted food,curative effect is becoming more and more bad,so children with infantile eczema add assisted food can't rush too fast,should be step by step;The the more specification of the nursing care,the better of the effect,so as far as possible to give standardization nursing to children with acute eczema.correct guidance of parents would contribute to the treatment of eczema.In the study,although breastfeeding and the use of probiotics did not show special relevance with the effect,but clinically found that they were helpful for the recovery of eczema,so for the acute eczema children,breastfeeding and in a timely manner to add probiotics were suggested. |
