Qing Chang Xie Fei Acupuncture Method Treatment The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Empirical Constipation After Stroke

Objective:Observation of Qing chang xie fei acupuncture treatment of stroke patients with constipation after empirical clinical curative effect?Methods:64 patients included in this study subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups,32 cases in treatment group and control group each group,two groups of patients were shall be the basis of western medicine and routine therapy stroke acupuncture treatment.Acupuncture treatment group:bilateral Hegu,Pianli,Lieque,chize,Tianshu,Zhigou,excess heat:Yuji,Stagnation:Taichong,the needle for 50 minutes.The control group:Tianshu,Zhigou,the same with the acupuncture treatment group.Both groups were treated for two weeks of continuous treatment.The clinical symptoms of constipation integral table to assess the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients(see appendix 3),and with reference to the standard of diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Result:1.The total score of clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients after treatment,P<0.05;After treatment,the first defecation time,defecation interval,defecation speed of the two groups were compared,P<0.05.The total score of symptoms in the group,P<0.01;The first defecation time,defecation interval,defecation rate by group comparison,P<0.05.The treatment group and the control group can improve the situation of patients with constipation after stroke,but the treatment group was better.2.Clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.42%,the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1."Qing chang xie fei" acupuncture method in improving stroke control empirical constipation in patients with the first defecation time,defecation time and defecation interval velocity is better than that of group.2.Qing chang xie fei acupuncture method in the empirical constipation after stroke obtained outstanding curative effects.
