Clinical Observation Of Xiaobanyubai Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Vitiligo

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of XiaoBanYubai Decoration on liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo Methods:To 98 cases of liver and kidney deficiency type of vitiligo patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases of treatment group and control group 48 cases,treatment group given oral from spot the consomme,elimination of vitiligo in the control group given capsules orally,three months for a period of treatment,two courses of continuous observation,record before treatment,treatment after 3 months,6 months after treatment,her lesions area and TCM syndrome integral,the final summary data,adopts the corresponding statistical methods according to the different research data for processing.Results:1.After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 69% and that of the control group was 57%.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 71% and that of the control group was 70%.2.After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 84%,and that of the control group was 72%.There were differences between the two groups after treatment.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94%,and that of the control group was 85%.Conclusion:1.XiaoBanYubai Decoration can significantly improve the symptom score of patients with liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo.2.XiaoBanYubai Decoration is an effective prescription for the treatment of patients with liver and kidney deficiency vitiligo.
