| Objective:Through the comparison of acupuncture and acupoint massage on migraine clinical curative effect observation, to provide theoretical basis and reference for the clinical application of acupuncture for migraine clinical more widely.Methods:Using the research methods of random, single blind, controlled, will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group of 30 patients to choose the taiyang, sizhukong, jiaosun, suaigu, fengchi, waiguan, zulinqi with conventional acupuncture therapy; The treatment group of 30 cases’of acupoints are the same as the conventional acupuncture group, and each acupoint massage for two minutes Two groups of acupuncture were remained for 30 minutes. Each treatment 30min,6 times / week, totally for 4 weeks. Before treatment, after treatment in two groups were recorded in patients with migraine headache, headache frequency, duration, degree of VAS score (visual analogue scale), to determine the curative effect.Result:The short-term curative effect:the total effective rate in the treatment group (91.18%) was significantly higher than the control group (78.13%), there was significant difference between two groups (p<0.01); the treatment group, headache attack frequency, duration, accompanying symptoms, seizure severity, VAS score and headache intensity after treatment is obviously better than that before treatment (p<0.05), after treatment group comparisons revealed, in addition to the duration of treatment group score outside, all other scores were better than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:1. Acupuncture combined with acupoint massage and routine acupuncture method to improve migraine VAS scores and TCM symptoms have better curative effect.2. The acupuncture combined with acupoint massage group in improving the number of headache, duration, and the effect of headache is better than the routine acupuncture group. |
