Clinical Observation Of Bleeding And Cupping Therapy Combined With Acupuncture On The Treatment For Insomnia Of Liver Fire Harassing Heart

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the bleeding and cupping therapy on the treatment of insomnia of Liver Fire Harassing the Heart, and to explore its feasibility and efficiency, so as to verify the therapeutic effect of the bleeding and cupping therapy on insomnia of Liver Fire Harassing the Heart and the following symptoms of anxiety and depression.Method:According to the random number table method,60 patients of Liver Fire Harassing the Heart met the including criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group including 30 cases were treated with the bleeding and cupping therapy combined with conventional acupuncture; the control group including 30 cases were treated with conventional acupuncture. After 2 courses of treatment, The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI), self testing anxiety scale(SAS), self testing and Depression Scale(SDS) were used as the observation index, and compared the two groups’treatment results.Result:1. After 2 courses of treatment, in two groups there were significant differences (P<0.01) between before and after treatment in PSQI score, SAS score, SDS score, indicating that the two groups of therapy could significantly improve the sleep quality and anxiety and depression symptoms in patients with insomnia of Liver Fire Harassing the Heart. Between the two groups after treatment, the total score of PSQI compared by statistical processing, but also has significant difference(P<0.01), and scores of SAS and SDS scores were compared statistically there were also statistically significant(P<0.05), indicating that the clinical curative effect of the treatment group than the control group.2. After 2 courses of treatment, comparing the score of each factor of PSQI of each group before and after treatment, there were a significant difference (P<0.01), suggesting that sleep status of two groups both have been obviously improved. Comparing the score of each factor of PSQI between the two groups after treatment, there were significant differences in sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep and daytime dysfunction between the treatment(P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in above factors; there was no significant difference in factor of sleep efficiency, sleep disorder(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups in improving the above two factors were similar.3. In terms of the overall clinical efficacy, in the30 patients of treatment group,9cases were cured, 14cases were markedly effective,5cases were effective,2cases were ineffective, The total efficiency was 93.33%;in the30 patients of control group.5cases were cured.9cases were markedly effective. 12cases were effective,4cases were ineffective, The total efficiency was 86.67%. After two courses of treatment, comparing the clinical curative effect of two groups, there were significant statistical difference(P<0.05), indicating that the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The bleeding and cupping therapy on the treatment of insomnia of Liver Fire Harassing the Heart can effectively improve sleep quality;2.The bleeding and cupping therapy can improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression symptoms following with insomnia of Liver Fire Harassing the Heart.
